AdSpace Challenge has been designed to allow schools to conduct their own AdSpace Advertising Challenge, either as a competition or as an assessable assignment.
This toolkit provides a ‘real’ commercial brief for students who are then required to explore all aspects of the advertising process including demographic research, identification of target markets, media planning, concept development and creative execution before ‘pitching’ their concept. This toolkit is complemented by the AdSpace and Mental Aerobics toolkits.
The AdSpace Challenge is an annual competition run in partnership with QUT (School of Advertising, Marketing and Public Relations), the Communications Council, Australian Teachers of Media (ATOM) and the Smith Family.
